What I Wore: Girls’ Night

With my boyfriend out of country for a month, and having had no energy for birthday shenanigans last weekend, the consensus was that some serious girl time was needed. So tonight me and a bunch of my lady friends are headed to dinner at a new Italian place I’ve wanted to try for awhile (ASTI) and then probably somewhere for drinks afterwards. And since it’s a girls-only event, I decided I was going to girl it up in the wardrobe department, too. In other words: a dress! Since we’re having a bit of a cold spell here and I still (always) want to be comfortable, I picked this sweater dress paired with colorful tights. It’s only 5:00 here, so I haven’t actually gone out to girls’ night yet, but this is what I’m wearing.

My face is in shadow because otherwise I was squinting in every picture. Bright!

See? Trying hard not to squint.
