Recipe: BBQ Pulled Pork

BBQ Pulled Pork

I’ve already shared super easy slow cooker tacos, and today it’s time for another unbelievably easy dish. What kind of Texan would I be if I didn’t make something BBQ once in awhile? This BBQ pulled pork is quick to throw together and ridiculously moist. It’s easy to adjust to your own preferred spicy level, based on the BBQ sauce that you pick. And it warms up great as leftovers. Really, a win all around. 🙂

  1. Awww, we use the same buns! 🙂 I actually made BBQ in the slow cooker last week too but I used a pork shoulder instead. It was super good! I might try the pork tenderloin next time though.

    1. Yup, good ol’ HEB! Haha.

I used pork shoulder the first time I made this recipe, but I feel like the tenderloin is less fatty and ends up more moist.
