What I Wore: Paisley, Lace & Boots

The sun was out and the temperature much more friendly today, so I finally got to play with my new camera and do an outfit post. And holy smokes, you guys – having a remote to fire the camera makes things SO MUCH EASIER! Not to mention having a much better camera to start with. Moral of the story: I went a little nuts with it. I’ll have to do some jumping-in-the-air ones in the future once I get a little better at timing it (and not making a ridiculous face while mid-air). Sienna was pretty fascinated (or maybe perplexed) by what I was doing, so she jumped in some of the pics, too.

I didn’t run any errands today (just working from home, as usual), so a look that’s easy to just wear around the house was called for. I do have Pilates later tonight, but that’s obviously a different sort of outfit. I love layering lace-trimmed tanks under things, as I do in this one. And these boots have been my favorite this winter – they are SO comfy, easy to get on & off, and of course cute. Plus the color goes with anything. Love ’em.

Laughing. There's a tiny bit of a learning curve with a remote.

I know it's a tad blurry, but I rather like this shot.
