February’s Fabulous Sponsors: Part 1

Come say hi to the fabulous chicas sponsoring my blog here in February! This is a fun group of ladies, and you should certainly check out their blogs and shops, and chat them up on Twitter. A few of them are even offering discount codes, so don’t miss out on those. 🙂 Following the pattern I set in January, I also asked the group a few fun questions (aside from the normal bio stuff) – see their answers below.

Hi! My name is Sarah O’Holla and I blog over at Desirous of Everything where I write about my life as a young adult writer, school librarian and creative person who just so happens to wear jumpsuits on Fridays. What’s a crafty skill that you want to learn but haven’t yet?
I’m just not a crafty person, I’m more of a patron of the crafts. So my crafty skill would be to keep supporting independent crafters through etsy and local flea markets and craft fairs!
What’s your comfort I’m-not-leaving-the-house-today outfit consist of?
T-shirt, jeans, glasses and slippers (not to be confused with glass slippers.) And most likely a big cozy cardigan. If it’s summer though, big flowy sundress all the way. Also, sometimes I like to wear my fascinator around the house just for the heck of it.
Favorite movie from childhood:
I’m going to have to name four- Annie, The Neverending Story, Return to Oz and Little Women.

Edge
Blog | Twitter

I’m Taryn Blake, an event planner and writer from the East Coast. I spend my days helping couples plan fabulous weddings and events and I spend my nights blogging about all the things in life that catch my eye. I’m a collector of tattoos, a lover of some good rock & roll tunes, always up for trying new wine, and I get sucked into reality tv a little too often. I invite you to come visit me on Edge – we have a lot of fun over there.

What’s a crafty skill that you want to learn but haven’t yet?
I have zero natural DIY or craft skills. That said, I’d really like to learn how to tackle more house projects – specifically tiling my bathroom floor!
What’s your comfort I’m-not-leaving-the-house-today outfit consist of?
If I actually make it out of my pajamas it would be black yoga pants, a pair of chuck taylors, an off the shoulder sweatshirt, and my knit hat to keep my crazy hair out of my face!
Favorite movie from childhood:
I loved Disney movies as a kid! My favorite would probably be The Little Mermaid – and I still know all the words to the songs!
