My favorite dresses of the night were:
This was my top favorite of the night. Love the 50’s-inspired polka dots! Red looks beautiful on her, and the jewelry, hair, etc. compliment the dress perfectly.
Love the simplicity of this whole look, from the color of the dress to the simple shape to her simple ponytail hairdo. She looks so statuesque.
I love the drape of this dress. Her hair and makeup are spot-on. Not a huge fan of the clutch. But overall she’s so sultry.
Shout-outs to Meryl Streep and Penelope Cruz who also looked stunning, though I didn’t personally want to wear either dress. 😉
Did you watch? What were your favs?
Michelle Williams and Emma Stone- LOVE THEM!
I love both of them as actresses, but I wasn’t a huge fan of either of their dresses tonight. If Emma’s hadn’t had that ginormous bow at her neck, it would’ve been better. (IMO)
I loved Viola’s!!
Totally off topic, but I found your blog through the To Make Love Stay blog. My name is Amanda ~ and my maiden name is Cobb! Crazy! 😉
Ha! Crazy indeed, and small world, huh? I know there’s a few of us floating around. 🙂
Those were my two favorites too. I didn’t watch much of it but I did catch Natalie and thought she looked absolutely stunning.
Your favorites are totally my favorites, although I put Gweneth above Natalie because its sooo unique.
i loved milla’s look! very old hollywood. classic glamour.
Exactly! She’s gorgeous.
I loved Natalie’s dress, too! And I liked Emma Stone’s red dress…though I didn’t love the bow, either.
Milla’s clutch reminds me of one of those wafer cookie thingies…you know, those cheapy ones you ate as a kid, that came in strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate? haha!
Yes, thank you!! I was trying to figure out what the clutch reminded me of, haha.
