This is what I wore yesterday, for no other reason than I felt like wearing a dress. I scored this for all of $8 at Ross during a recent retail therapy session, and I am loving it. I mean, come on – cute and with pockets! This also gave me a chance to show off my new Warrants from Blowfish. I was lucky enough to be one of the winners from the I Spy contest they ran during the TxSC posh party, and these were the prize I chose. And let me just say, SO COMFY. I don’t even realize I’m wearing any sort of heel, it’s awesome. They have already survived a trek downtown without hurting my feet AT ALL. Plus I didn’t have any shoes in this color, and it goes with everything. Happy shoe choice all around!
In other news, this coming week is bringing: a date night out at The Melting Pot (which I have never been to, somehow, despite knowing they have chocolate fondue), artsy miniature golf, a visit from Ian’s college buddy whom I’ve never met (eek), and of course more work. I should probably do my taxes at some point soon, too. *dread* Tax season: the curse of the self-employed.
