That’s right, folks! Today marks exactly 1 year since I started this little web venture. It seems like it’s been much longer, and also not nearly that long, simultaneously. Strange feeling. Good feeling.
Dragonflight has definitely grown a lot over the past year, in post frequency, range of topics, and readership. What started out as a way to keep track of my screenprinting has become much more personal and varied. It’s been fun stretching my creative muscles and having a place to document and share them. 🙂 That’s not to say I/my blog won’t continue to grow and change; that will certainly continue. That’s the great thing about having a personal blog – it is completely fluid and adaptable to whatever you want it to be. I look forward to dipping my toes into further creative adventures, and I’m thrilled that so many of you want to [virtually] come along for the ride. I don’t pay too much attention to my follower count, but when I actually look and see something like the fact that over 300(!) of you follow me on Twitter, I’m blown away. I’m not sure I expected 10 people to give a hoot about what I say/write, let alone 300!
