Things of Note:
Nothing much to say here. We had a rainy weekend, so it was mostly spent indoors reading and Netflixing. The sun is finally back out today, so hopefully that will help energize me.
What’s your favorite thing to do on a rainy day?
Hmmm. Those introvert workspaces just look like regular conference rooms that everybody will glob onto when they have a meeting. I don’t think they would solve much. Plus, there’s so much glass that it would feel like you’re still in the middle of everything anyway. I read that woman’s book and really liked it, so I’m kind of surprised she thinks these will be good for us.
That was pretty much my reaction, too. I liked the book, and these coworking spaces surprised me coming from her. Unless the opacity of the glass is adjustable? But overall I wouldn’t want to work in a glass box where I’d still just feel like people were watching me.
